Admissions Assistant

Admissions Assistant will be responsible for supporting an outstanding experience for potential parents and students through the whole admissions process, from their initial inquiry to a campus tour, program presentation, assessment and interview, registration and final enrollment. This Admissions Assistant position will support the needs of the Admissions, and report directly to the Admissions Coordinator. The position will mainly manage data entry, organize data, answer admissions inquiries through phone calls and follow up on their needs, and admissions events supporting.


Preferred Qualifications and Qualities

  1. College degree or above;
  2. One year of relevant working experience in multinational working environment preferred;
  3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  4. Professional verbal and written communication skills;
  5. Advanced PC skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook;
  6. Good sense in handling urgency and confidentiality;
  7. Planning, organizing & time management skills;
  8. Flexibility in adjusting to organizational growth and a variety of circumstances;
  9. English Mandarin bilingual proficiency in both speaking and writing;
  10. Willing to learn and self-motivated;
  11. Be good at teamwork.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Answer admissions inquiries; meet, greet and call back to the potential parents, make statistic records, and follow up their needs;
  2. Support admissions activities including campus tour, program presentation, assessment and interview, International Education Fair, New Families Day by reserving and setting the place, preparing materials, dealing with inquiries, and recording the attendance and any admissions insights;
  3. Assist students’ application qualification checking;
  4. Printing, copying, mailing, and other clerical duties associated with Admissions business;
  5. Manage the store of all admissions materials including brochures, gifts, assessment materials, etc.;
  6. Responsible for data entry and checking including admissions documents and assessment results;
  7. Assist the introduction of Acceptance pack to parents and record the submission of registration materials;
  8. Assist with organizing and maintaining applicant/student files;
  9. Ensure that the school’s core information and admissions policy are in line with all spoken and written delivery to potential parents from this position;
  10. Undertake other assignments assigned by the Director.
